- variant form: spondylometaphyseal dysplasia Japanese type with spinal involvement comprising
- mild platyspondyly
- vertebral body abnormalities
- end-plate irregularity
Radiology
- radiograph usually shows
- sclerosis of the ribs
- flaring of the metaphyses
- a wide irregular growth plate, especially of the knees
