dextromethorphan/quinidine (Nuedexta)

Indications

Dosage

  • start one tablet PO QD
  • after 7 days, increase to one tablet PO BID

Mechanism of action

* dextromethorphan is an antitussive agent & a weak NMDA receptor antagonist (probably less potent than memantine)
