Etiology
Epidemiology
- preferentially affect young women
Clinical manifestations
- monomorphous eruption
- asymptomatic or slightly pruritic
- follicular papules & pustules
- upper back, chest, arms, neck
Management
- topical antifungal agents
- sulfur-based antibiotic washes (Selsun blue)
- oral antifungal agents
