Introduction
Premarin & methyltestosterone combination.
Indications
- moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause in patients not responding to estrogen alone
Contraindications
Dosage
0.625 mg of Premarin & 1.25 mg methyltestosterone
0.625 mg of Premarin & 2.5 mg methyltestosterone

Metabolism: liver
Adverse effects

- increased blood pressure, edema, thromboembolism, depression, headache, chloasma, melasma, breast tenderness, change in menstrual flow, hypercalcemia, nausea/vomiting, cholestatic jaundice
