- gynecologic disease not amenable to medical treatment
Adverse effects
- 20-40% of women have significant lower-extremity lymphedema after surgery for gynecologic cancer[1]
- generally within 6-12 weeks after surgery, but may appear up to 18 months after surgery[1]
