required for maturation of 5.8S ribosomal RNA & 28S ribosomal RNA & & formation of the 60S ribosome
the PeBoW complex also associates with the 66S pre-ribosome

Structure

subunits include: BOP1, PES1 & WDR12
- within the PeBoW complex BOP1 interacts directly with PES1 & WDR12
