- generally IgG lambda
- multiple myeloma
- AL amyloidosis[1]
Epidemiology
- more common in men than women
Pathology
- skin biopsy
- mucin deposition
- stellate fibrobasts in dermis (fibroblast proliferation)
- collagen deposition
- involves

Clinical manifestations
- waxy, yellow-red papules over thickened skin (induration) of face, upper trunk, neck & arms
