Dosage

1.5-3%, 100 mL

• dose-dependent reduction in blood pressure
• respiratory depression
• dose-dependent reduction in renal blood flow & GFR
• nausea/vomiting
• uterine relaxation
• cardiac arrhythmias
• shivering
• bronchospasm
