Introduction
Tradename: Condylox. 0.5% purified solution.
Indications
Dosage
- apply topically BID for 3 consecutive days
- withold use for 4 days
- repeat cycle up to 4 times until there is no visible wart
Gel topical: 0.05% (3.5 g)
- topical agent applied weekly at home.
- apply to external warts twice daily for 3 days, then discontinue for 4 days. Continue for 6-8 weeks.
Adverse effects
- local erythema
- local irritation (burning, itching, inflammation
- local erosion
