Indications

nausea/vomiting due to chemotherapy
for use in combination with dexamethasone + ondansetron (or other serotonin 5HT3 receptor antagonist. i.e. palonosetron)^[2]

Drug interactions

aprepitant can diminish effectiveness of warfarin & oral contraceptives
aprepitant can increase levels of glucocorticoids & midazolam

drug interaction(s) of antibiotics with warfarin
