Structure

• despite its name, no zinc-finger

Expression

• expressed in the skin, prostate, lungs placenta & thymus, & at low level in T-cells
• not expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, pancreas & brain
• expressed in primary keratinocytes but not in fibroblasts

Pathology

• defects in ZNF750 are the cause of seborrhic dermatitis
