• role in regulation of nucleotide excision repair activity by bridging TFIIH with estrogen receptor or may facilitate TFIIH-mediated phosphorylation of estrogen receptor in specific promoters & cell types
• interacts with ERCC2/XPD, ERCC3/XPB & NCOA3/RAC3
