- acute interstitial nephritis
- acute prostatitis
- rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis
- postinfectious glomerulonephritis
- emboli, septic emboli or cholesterol emboli
- small-vessel vasculitis
* absence if eosinophils in urine does not rule out acute interstitial nephritis post-infectious glomerulonephritis, septic emboli or small-vessel vasculitis
