Function
- binds to the Fc region of IgG, low affinity receptor
- by binding to IgG, initiates cellular responses against pathogens & soluble antigens
- interacts with INPP5D/SHIP1 & INPPL1/SHIP2, regulating its function
- associates with/activates c-src protein[2]
