Introduction
Enlarged hilar lymph nodes.
Etiology
- sarcoidosis
- primary pulmonary tuberculosis
- fungus diseases of the lung
- infectious mononucleosis
- lymphoma - Hodgkin's disease, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
- metastases to hilar lymph nodes
Diagnostic procedures
- endobronchial ultrasound with endoscopic biospy[2]
Management
- observation for hilar lymphadenopathy due to sarcoidosis[2]
