A rolling outward of margin of eyelid.
Etiology
- weakness muscles of the lower lid
Pathology
- age-related degeneration of periocular tissues[3]
Clinical manifestations
Management
- artificial tears
- lubricating ointment
- antibiotic (ophthalmic) if indicated
- consult to ophthalmology for surgery
