Etiology
- renal hypoperfusion
Clinical manifestations
- clinical presentations
- acute renal failure
- progressive azotemia in a patient with known renovascular hypertension*
- unexplained progressive azotemia in an elderly patient with or without refractory hypertension
- hypertension & azotemia in a renal transplant patient
* in patients with wth renovasvascular hypertesnion, ischemic renal disease can occur when blood pressure is in the normal range[2][3]
