- major depression
- muscle weakness
- peripheral neuropathy
- confusions
- irritability
- insomnia
- convulsions
Laboratory
- serum B6 levels low
- complete blood count
- anemia may occur
Management
- supplemental vitamin B6, 25-50 mg PO QD (see pyridoxine)
