Introduction
A depression on the peritoneal surface of the anterior abdominal wall between the ridges formed by the inferior epigastric artery & the medial umbilical ligament .
- Corresponds to the position of the superficial inguinal ring
Pathology
- Sites for the less common direct inguinal hernias.
