criteria for possible Alzheimer's disease

Diagnostic criteria
- atypical onset, presentation, or progression of a dementia without known etiology
- presence of a systemic disease or other brain disease capable of producing dementia, but not thought to be the cause
- progressive deterioration of a single cognitive domain in absence of any other cause
- ref[4] suggests requirement for impairment in at least 2 cognitive domains
- memory impairment is not required[4]
