Introduction
Aggregation of Abeta may occur via initial formation of A4 amyloid peptide oligomers with subsequent deposition of amyloid to form senile plaques. Aggregation of Abeta[1-42] is posulated as the initial seen in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.
