Introduction
- Sleepwell is a knowledge mobilization intervention (booklets & website) that integrates behavior changes using content & graphics designed to decrease use of sedatives & increase adoption of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia[1][2]
- YAWNS-1 is a mailed, direct-to-patient intervention superior to benzodiazepines in reducing sleep onset latency & improving daytime sleepiness[1]
