Indications

• cosmetic
  • temporary improvement in the appearance of moderateto severe glabellar lines associated with corrugator &/or procerus muscle activity in adults

Dosage

• 0.1 mL (4 Units) by intramuscular injection into each of 5 sites
  • total dose of 20 Units

50 & 100 units freeze-dried powder in single dose vial

Mechanism of action

• acetylcholine release inhibitor
