Etiology
- risk factors
Pathology
- verrucous carcinoma (variant of squamous cell carcinoma)
- grows slowly
- locally destructive
- rarely metastasizes
Clinical manifestations
Management
- methotrexate to reduce the size of the tumor prior to surgical excision (case report)[1]
- prognosis: 5-year survival is 50%[2]
