Introduction
A vegetable source of omega-3 fatty acids.
Purified oil contains roughly 4 times as much omega-3 fatty acids as flax seed.
Nutritional information:
- Total fat: 14 g
- saturated fat: 1 g
- monounsaturated fat: 3 g
- oleic acid: 2.6 g
- polyunsaturated fat: 10 g
- alpha linolenic acid: 7.7 g (omega-3 fatty acid)
- linoleic acid: 2.1 g (omega-6 fatty acid)
