- diffuse pulmonary nodules
- hyperinflation
- chest CT
- centrilobular nodules
- dilation of distal bronchioles
Complications
- left untreated, progresses to bronchiectasis, respiratory failure & death.
Management
- low-dose, long-term macrolide therapy
