Diagnostic procedures
- electrocardiogram (ECG):
- ST segment elevation may or may not be present
- tall R in leads V2-V4 & ST segment depression & T-wave inversion in leads V1-V4[1][2]
- ECG with modified leads: ECG lead V7, ECG lead V8 with or without ECG lead V9
