Clinical manifestations
- unilateral progressively worsening pain & visual impairment
- pigmented nodule in the inferior part of the iris (case report)[1]
- multiple smaller pigmented lesions
- elevated intraocular pressure of 63 mm Hg*
- cupping of right optic disk
* normal intraocular pressure is 10=21 mm Hg
Radiology
- ocular ultrasonography[1] Complicationns:
- secondary glaucoma[1]
Management
- enucleation of affected eye globe (case report)[1]
