Introduction
Secondary glaucoma results from an identifiable cause & is most commonly seen in older children.
Etiology
- pigment disorders
- systemic illnesses
- trauma
- surgery
- Sturge-Weber syndrome
- Marfan syndrome
- congenital rubella
- Lowe syndrome
Management
- symptomatic treatment similar to open-angle glaucoma
- treat underlying etiology
