Etiology
- e-cigarette use, vaping of marijuana
- seen in workers exposed to hard metals
Epidemiology

Pathology
- fibrosis & multinucleated giant cells within alveolar spaces
Management
- mycophenolate mofetil for 3 months followed by prednisone*[1]
- prognosis: recovery may be only partial
