Pathology
- hypoglycemia from hypoglycemic agents or prolonged effects of exercise can induce release of catecholamines, cortisol, growth hormone & glucagon leading to hyperglycemia
Clinical manifestations
- fluctating AM capillary blood glucose levels

- check 3 AM capillary blood glucose
