Contraindications
- bloodstream infections (sepsis)*
* trial of plazomicin vs colistin bloodstream infections or nosocomial pneumonia caused by carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae stopped early because of slow recruitment, limiting conclusions[2]
