Procedure
- age, ethnicity, material deprivation, body-mass index, smoking, family history of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, treated hypertension, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, learning disabilities, gestational diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome
- glucocorticoid use, atypical antipsychotic use, statin use,
- fasting blood glucose level (or serum glucose) or HgbA1c
