Indications
- uncontrolled asthma in adults (FDA-approved for severe asthma)
- adjunctive treatment with long-acting beta-agonists & inhaled glucocorticoids
- may improve sleep[6]
- added to SQ immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis due to cat allergies[4]
* reduces exacerbations, improves lung function, controls asthma control, & improves health-related quality of life in patients with severe, uncontrolled asthma[2]

- inhibits thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)
