• muscle cramps

• muscle stiffness

• exercise intolerance
• globus sensations
• paraesthesias
• hyperreflexia

Diagnostic procedures

• electromyography: fasciculations only abnormality

Management

• anticonvulsants
  • carbamazepine, gabapentin, pregabalin
• immunosuppressive agents
• plasmapheresis
