• Burkitt's lymphoma

Specimen

• tumor tissue
• whole blood (ACD or EDTA)
• store body fluid at 4 degrees C
• store tissue at -20 degrees C or below

Notes

• associated genetic aberrations:
  • Epstein-Barr virus infection
  • chromosomal translocation t8q24.1:14q32 (B-cell leukemia, Burkitt's lymphoma)
