- complete sequencing of entire genome of normal & malignant cells
- analysis of RNA expression of normal & malignant cells
- examination of differences[1]
Notes
- technique applied to case of adult ALL where lymphocytes, normal & malignant could presumably be isolated & cultured
- malignant lymphocytes apparently overexpressed FLT3 which was treated with sunitinib (Sutent)[1]
