Etiology
Epidemiology
rare
Clinical manifestations
- occurs days to 10 weeks postpartum, generally 3-6 weeks
- oliguria
- severe hypertension
Laboratory
Management
- dilatation & curettage
- supportive therapy
- fresh frozen plasma
- anti-platelet therapy?
- plasma exchange has been used
- renal failure often persists in survivors
