- respiratory fluid including sputum, lung, urine, CSF
- store body fluids at 4 degrees C
- store tissue at -20 degrees C or below
Notes
- PCR is a rapid & specific
- PCR, followed by oligonucleotide hybridization or nested PCR enhances specificity
