Introduction

Primary bone sarcomas account for ~ 0.2% of all neoplasms.

Clinical manifestations

  • bone pain at rest & at night
  • pain is generally of gradual onset, progressively worsening
  • see specific etiology

Management

  • analgesia to relieve pain
  • surgical excision
  • see specific etiology
