Introduction
Motor nuclei of the cranial nerves include:
- occulomotor nucleus (CN 3)
- trochlear nucleus (CN 4)
- trigeminal motor nucleus (CN 5)
- abducens nucleus (CN 6)
- facial nucleus (CN 7)
- nucleus ambiguous (shared by CN 9 & 10)
- dorsal motor nucleus of vagus (CN 10)
- hypoglossal nucleus (CN 12)
