• Malaria suppression
• subactue cutaneous lupus erythematosus (adjunct to hydroxychloroquine)

Dosage

• 100 mg PO QD.
• pediatrics: 50 mg QD.

Tabs: 100 mg.

Adverse effects

• bizarre yellow skin color, somewhat modified by beta-carotene 60 mg TID

• drug adverse effects of antimalarials
