Dosage
Actinic keratosis: apply BID for about 1 month Cream 10%.
Adverse effects
- contact sensitization (9%)
- redness, flaking, pruritus are common
Mechanism of action
- 5-lipoxygenase inhibitor[2]
- antitumor activity No comparative double-blind studies with 5-fluorouracil
