Indications

relief of nausea/vomiting

Dosage

• 10 mg PO/IM/PR every 8 hours.

Tabs: 10 mg.

Injection: 5 mg/mL (2 mL)

Adverse effects

• common (> 10%)
  • drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, dry nose
• less common (1-10%)
  • agranulocytosis, cholestatic jaundice, confusion, convulsions, extrapyramidal effects, tachycardia, tardive dyskinesia, orthostatic hypotension, fever, headache, tinnitus
