Indications
- hepatitis B (long-term)
- may be combined with interferon-alpha 2b or lamivudine
- response not sustained with 48 weeks of treatment[2]
- nephrotoxic at doses needed to treat patients with AIDS
Dosage
- need to take with L-carnitine
Storage
- keep in original container
- original container has a desiccant[3]
