C-terminal cystine knot (CTCK)

Introduction
TGF-beta, NGF, PDGF & gonadotropin are folded into 2 twisted antiparallel pairs of beta-strand contain 3 disulfide bonds, of which 2 form a cystine ring through which the 3rd bond passes (see prosite :accession PS01185). This structure is called a cystine knot.
