Introduction
A sequence of RNA complementary to another RNA molecule, obtained from transcription of cDNA obtained using reverse transcriptase with second strand synthesis using DNA polymerase (see slide 'Eukaryotic Target Labeling GeneChip TM Probe Arrays'.
