Introduction

Conjugation of a target protein with ubiquitin-like protein ISG15. Substrates for ISGylation by ISG15 include:

serpin 2A
phospholipase C-gamma 1
JAK1
ERK1
STAT1
DDX58 (after IFN-beta stimulation) , ISGylation may play a role in:
- JAK-STAT pathway
