Phakomatosis (phacomatosis) is a generic term for a group of hereditary diseases characterized by hamartomas involving multiple tissues:
- von Hippel-Lindau syndrome
- neurofibromatosis
- Sturge-Weber syndrome
- tuberous sclerosis
- Peutz-Jeghers syndrome
