Inhibition:

• inhibited by apstatin, EDTA & 1,10-phenanthroline
• partially inhibited by dithiothreitol
• Not inhibited by enalaprilat or amastatin

Kinetic parameters:

• KM=100.6 uM for bradykinin
• Optimum pH is 8.2
